I don't think you will see this, but in 2019-ish I was diagnosed with OCD myself after struggling with it since I was a child. One of the things that helped me realise I wasn't crazy was this exact song. So thank you, Rhett and Link.

“Just Right” OCD is not really finding something disturbing. It more of a feeling something is wrong. Someone with contamination OCD would be extremely disturb if something wasn't "clean enough" but for 'just right' you just wash something until it "feels okay"

I'm the type of person to unconsciously mess up my room, then I get told off for it
as someone with pure o ocd i liked the the emphasis in the chorus on 'making things right' rather than specifically organizing; it really ties together how ocd actually works, where its not because youre neat and tidy, but because something is WRONG and it is YOUR DUTY to fix it, which leads to overwhelming anxiety and feelings of responsibility where it is not warrented.

For those with an understanding of music theory, they don't even resolve the chord progression at the end of the song. The chorus is written in C Major, and the final chord of the song is a G Major chord (or dominant), which composers often resolve back to the C chord (the root).
